Jordann Friedman

Jordann joined the New City team with 18 years experience in real estate marketing and sales, including 4 years as the Director of New Construction at her former brokerage. Joining Compass and the New City team has allowed her to broaden not only her client base but more importantly, elevate the level of service she is able to provide.

Jordann works with traditional home buyers & sellers as well as developer clients throughout the entirety of the transaction/development process; from the identification and sale of viable properties/land to assisting in best-use planning and coordination. As well, Jordann works with the New City team to analyze, price, and market property portfolios; both single and multi-family holdings.

Between New City’s renowned marketing and sales methodology, to the international reach of the Compass brokerage, Jordann is able to provide a true one-stop-shop for her clients..
